We are a leader in the football facemask industry, servicing all levels from the NCAA and NFL to high-school and youth programs nationwide. We provide all customers top quality facemask reconditioning at a fraction of the cost of buying new.

We thoroughly inspect each mask for bends, weld breaks, and other defects even before we start the meticulous powder-coating process. Each mask is hand dipped one at a time to ensure quality, precision, and toughness, all while meeting or exceeding the NOCSAE standards for safety.

We pride ourselves on the relationships we have built with our customers along the way. Your order will be addressed upon arrival and the reconditioning process will begin almost immediately. Completed orders will typically be shipped back to our customers within 10-15 business days (Please allow extra time during the months of April-July) (Call for special expedited service if needed).

SHIPPING PROCESS & ORDER FORM

1. Remove the facemasks from their helmets. Any obvious damage such as bends, weld breaks, etc.; should be discarded. Please remove all hinges, faceshields, straps, or other hardware from the masks before packing them. RedZone Reconditioning is not responsible for this hardware and will not return any that is sent to us with your masks.

   • If we receive any facemasks damaged beyond repair, you will be contacted with affordable options.

2. Pack the facemasks in a box as tightly as possible. This will both minimize shipping costs and prevent damage in transit. Choose a box size that will fit the maximum amount of masks, but will reduce unnecessary excess shipping costs.

   • Use multiple boxes if necessary for larger shipments, if so, number each of your boxes (ex: 1 of XX, etc.).

3. Complete our order form online. Print, sign, and include a copy in box 1 of your shipment. (ORDER FORM)

4. Ship to:

5. When reconditioning is complete, we will manage the return shipment. Payment in full is due prior to our returning your face masks.

   • Checks can be included and attached to your order form

   • An invoice can be requested and a check can then be sent

   • Purchase Orders are accepted - Please contact us so we can begin any process required

   • Credit Card payments are accepted.
